Matera, Italy-field trip to the Sassi caves
Went with Anziano and Sorella Hansen (the couple we will be replacing) to the Sassi Caves in Matera which was less than an hour away from Bari. It's an ancient cave-city famous for its sassi or stone houses carved out of the caves and cliffs. Now doesn't that beat West Edmonton Mall. AMAZING sights there.
